A traditional Victorian building in grey stone, set just back from the road in its own grounds, the hotel has a fabulous outlook across the Scottish highlands.
The hotel is conveniently located close to Aviemore and within easy reach of Inverness and the Whisky Trail. The hotel itself has a putting green, a fountain and vegetable garden and is a relaxing retreat. Opposite there is a woodland walk which leads to the River Spey. The rooms are comfortable, clean and decorated with traditional furnishings that are dated. Rooms vary in size due to the traditional style of the building but are generally of a fair condition. Rooms have different outlooks varying from beautiful highland views to internal views.
