Cancellation policy: 21-30 days:25% of total amount; 15-20 days:50%; 7-14 days:75%; 3-6 days:90% Less than 3 days:100% For the Christmas/New Year period, or bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required, non-refundable for cancellations less than one month before the reservation date
