How to arrive
This hotel is situated at the Corran Narrows on the eastern side of the Ardnamurchan Penninsula. On crossing the water, guests enter into the beautiful but sparsely populated districts of Ardgour, Morvern, and Ardnamurchan, a very remote area which was relatively unknown and inaccessible to the traveller during the 1800s, but is now a very popular holiday destination.
If coming from the south by car, guests should take the A82 trunk road out of Glasgow, through Dumbarton, up past Loch Lomond and through Glen Coe. Leaving Glen Coe, the A82 leads up towards Fort William. 2 miles after the village of Onich, a short road to the left branches off to the Corran Ferry slipway. A few minutes' ferry crossing across Loch Linnhe will take guests to the door of the Inn. The ferry ploughs to and fro across the narrows every half hour, from around 7 am to 9 pm (8 pm in winter).
