Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. The holiday village has a shopping area, 2 restaurants, 2 bars and complimentary parking. To reach Santa Marina by car from Sofia, take the Trakia highway to Bourgas and then the Cherno More highway to Sozopol. The distance from the capital to the holiday village is 424 km, i.e. a 5- to 6-hour car ride.
Each apartment is fitted with a king-size bed and has an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Each apartment offers all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a balcony, direct dial telephone, individually regulated air conditioning, cable TV, ironing set and Internet access.

The holiday village enjoys an excellent location on the southern Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea as it is just above the famous King's Beach, 2 km north of the ancient town of Sozopol and 35 km south of the city of Bourgas, where Bourgas Airport is located. The closest public transport is only a few minutes' walk away. Varna Airport is approximately 150 km from the hotel.
