Positive: Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Quiet.
Negative: The bedskirt had old dried boogers on it. The bathroom door had been patched multiple times with random materials. The toilet was loose and rocked. The TV remote could turn the set on and off and adjust the volume but we could not select a channel option. No wifi connection offered.
Positive: There is no breakfast.
Negative: If they had a few things to grab for breakfast on the go.

Positive: Because they stole my money from me, and they don't really care me homeless and basically I paid for a room not once but twice, and booking said that it wasn't going to be a problem getting my payment back from booking online, well guess what lies after lies I haven't received it, and I'm homeless and hungry and cold living in my car

Positive: It was clean, the owner/operator/staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Its ratings and price is what attracted us. We concur with the high ratings for cleanliness and price.
Negative: This is an old worn out motel that shows a lot of use and bare minimum repairs and upkeep. The motel needs a lot of quality work and appealing upgrades. There is a sense there is little funding available in the near term to make this happen. For us, the motel is aesthetically unappealing. Hopefully investment, saving up resources and good management can put back the shine on this place. Then again, that may never happen.

Negative: The bedding was not changed from the last person that stayed there. The owner (lady) was rude/curt, and I requested through Booking.com for check-in between 6-7pm. She was calling me at 5:30 because someone else wanted the room. I let her know we were eating at the restaurant next door and would be there by 6pm. She said, "well, the person on the phone wants it for 2 nights and you only have it for 1"...I said, "we will be there", and she hung up on me.
