Positive: It was quite and calm. Staffs are helpful, positive…
Negative: Nothing.
Positive: Great service overall. Excellent location, hospitality and exceptional breakfast. Especially at the restaurant- Shweta, Naveen, Pankaj and Ayush at the egg station.
Positive: Lovely old property but poorly renovated and maintained. Staff is untrained and service is nonexistent though the cuisine served at the restaurant was excellent.

Positive: This is a lovely heritage hotel with a calm peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are nice & the house staff are great. The breakfast is fantastic & dining staff are very helpful & friendly. We had dinner there which was excellent. There is a nice rooftop bar.
Negative: The rooms can sometimes smell a bit musty. The pool was closed for maintenance & the garden was taken over by a huge marquee for an upcoming wedding so there was nowhere to sit outside. We tried to book direct with Divya who unfortunately was not helpful & we ended up booking on booking.com.

Positive: While the property is a heritage property and carries its aura, the room was too small. Less than 100 square ft size and too cramped. It was nothing like the sizes mentioned in the booking and definitely not worth the price paid for it. If business traveller's, do avoid.

Negative: Untrained, Grumpy staff that did not smile at all. They were so grouchy to the point of being rude. It was as much confirmed that all guests through booking.com were treated as inferior. Sewage smell in the room
