How to arrive
This hotel is located 50 m from the sandy beach, in one of the most delightful corners of Sardinia's south-eastern coast, a few minutes from the holiday resort of Villasimius (5 km) and close to its well-equipped marina (2 km). Cagliari is 62 km away and it is 58 km to Cagliari Airport and 270 km to Olbia Airport.
Guests arriving from Cagliari Airport by car should take the dual carriageway 554 and follow the signs to Villasimius for about 15 km until reaching the Località Margine Rosso. At the roundabout, keep left and take the coast road towards Villasimius. Follow the road for about 40 km and to the fork and then turn right following the signs to Camplongu/ Capo Carbonara/ Porto Turistico and to the hotel. Continue on this road for 2 km and at the stop sign turn right and pass by the tourist harbour. After 1 km turn into the small road on the right, following the signs for the hotel.

Positive: Hotel Cala Caterina is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very friendly and the food was really good. Every night they had live music. Highly recommended.

Negative: Very expensive, staff are very rude and unhelpful. No elevator to bring a paid coffee to your room you have to pay 11 euro extra as service charge!!. there is no coffee machine and not even a kittle!
Positive: Loved the rooms, property and balconies… peaceful and beautiful grounds and location, promoting relaxation, lovely bar with music and great massage staff.

Negative: The dew smell coming from closet and water leaks in bathroom, from shower cabin, does not make it for nearly 400$ per night. I would suggest to renovate the place properly and make it more decent.
