Positive: Very nice property. The read was super beautiful, breakfast was great. I liked the room
Positive: Such a lovely Riad, really beautiful. It is not in a touristy area but not far of a walk away, maybe 20 minutes
Negative: The beds weren’t very comfortable and it is always very noisy, so we woke up multiple times in the night from shouting
Positive: Fred. Fred was superb. Nothing was too much for him. You'd think he was new and still excited by his new role but he's done this for years. He's a genuine people person. And "handsome" says my wife. Arnie said "I'll be beck". Nuff sed
Positive: It’s the typical Riad and the staff is really nice. The host is a nice person who loves Morocco.
Negative: The host is nice but not so professional. We had a terrible experience two days: first, the host felt asleep and no one was answering to our call. We were in the middle of nowhere at night with no indications and scared. It’s hard to find it and the host didn’t help. Do not go there at night. Second, we booked a dinner at the riad the day before, the host told us that was ok. The day after, dinner time, he said “we can’t do that only for two”, then why did he accepted the day before? And why he didn’t call us to say that it was not possible?. Also, he doesn’t talk english very well and it’s hard to understand. He’s a great guy and the riad is fantastic but he should be more clear, awake and professional. He also criticized every activity we did in Marrakech because they were “too touristic”. And finally, door have space from the room, the room is closed with a padlock and next to the riad at 5am everyday there’s the mosque that will play at maximum volume. It’s an experience but not for everyone
Positive: The location is excellent; near the Medina and in the old city. Frédéric has great taste. The place is quaint and artistic; definitely gives the right vibe of Marrakech Riad.
Negative: Their card machine wasn't working so I had to pay in cash and we had some issue where Frédéric forgot that i had already paid him. He later remembered and we resolved it.
Positive: Staff, Breakfast,
Negative: Surrounding area, wouldn't take the kids
