Executive rooms have no sofa bed but include a full-size desk for business users. The hotel is located at the Welcome Break Derby service station on the A50 Westbound carriageway. It is only a short distance away from Derby town centre, the railway station and Donington Race Track, a popular choice for holidaymakers and race fans alike. Various restaurants, bars, pubs and the bus station are about 10 minutes and the Alton Towers theme park is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the establishment is situated within close proximity to East Midlands Airport, which is between 15 and 20 minutes away and easily accessible from junction 24.
