Positive: The hotel was very clean and light
Negative: The gym was of poor standard. Most of the machines didn’t work
Positive: The rooftop terrace and the views were amazing. The location was great, right by the beach. Staff was also always super nice!

Positive: The location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and places to do excursions. The views from the rooftop are amazing. Beds are comfortable. The rooms are just rooms. Definitely get the sea view with a balcony. We were lucky enough to find street parking two times. But it's a busy area. Not sure how or where the parking for the hotel was. Right outside the hotel is a bike path that runs up and down to different parts of Palma. Great way to get to the city center or down to Les Meravells.
Negative: The rooftop bar closed an hour before sunset.
Positive: The view from the room was not the same as in the picture. Spa closes at 7 pm and their jacuzzi was cold. They serve excellent breakfast but we were not able to enjoy it fully due to our flight time. We had a croissant and coffee and had to leave. I am not sure whether you can park near the hotel. We returned our rental car and went to the hotel by Uber, and glad we did that.

Negative: Room not as described or shown in pics. Ceiling in bathroom leaking from above, black mold, spauling drywall and paint. Terrible sewage smell.

Negative: Mini gym with very old machines - partially not functional, big gap under the room doors - the light from the corridor in the night was disturbing, spa is located in another hotel, if you do not ask, nobody offers it.

Negative: Nothing enough staff. Have to pay for safe in room, to exchange beach towels, that you put a deposit on, for new towels after yours are soaking wet. Unclean.

Positive: Lovely hotel by the beach. The rooms were big enough, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Noise isolation was great, our room was facing the street and once you closed the balcony door, it was super silent. The pool at the ground floor only gets sun in the afternoon so we preferred the (more frequented) sun deck on the 7th floor which was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! So much choice and fresh products. I would definitely recommend and come back.
Negative: Not really something I didn’t like but just a note: The sun deck on the 7th floor is not very big, so there’s a good chance you won’t find a sun bed at peak times. Staff was nice overall, but a little unresponsive/rude at breakfast sometimes when we needed another chair or cutlery.
Positive: The hotel is renovated and the rooms are. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Negative: The walls are way too thin to the point I could hear the neighbouring rooms flushing or coughing. Breakfast has a good selection of products but I found a few dirty plates and glasses together the clean ones. Someone (most likely staff) opened my door in one of the days at 8am without knocking before
Positive: Location and views were wonderful. I had to be on my porch to see the ocean, but that was OK. Roof top area was lovely. Shade if wanted and great views. Breakfast was extensive and really tasty. Quiet.
