The hotel offers 12 accommodation units in total. The apartments are colourful Mexican Adobe style houses surrounded by a nice tropical garden, which is enclosed by walls. This makes it a very private place. There is a large roof terrace with a very nice view over Bonaire. There are wooden trunk seats and concrete benches to sit on. There hotel has a 24-hour check-out service and WLAN Internet access is available throughout.
There are two kinds of apartments, one with a studio and its own covered private porch, with dining table and chairs. The others have a private porch with a palm leaf parasol, providing a nice place to relax or have a barbecue. A private bathroom with shower, as well as satellite TV, Internet access, individually regulated air conditioning, a double bed, a private terrace also come with all accommodation units as standard. They also feature a kitchen with fridge and microwave.
Guests can try out diving or windsurfing (charges apply). Sun loungers and parasols are provided on the nearby sandy beach for an additional fee.

This hotel is situated within 2 minutes' walking distance of the boulevard and the beach. Guests will also find a diving centre near the hotel and it is only a 10-minute walk via the boulevard to the centre of Kralendijk.
