Positive: Very nice entrance Felt quite secure on the premises. Staff on the front desk are friendly.
Negative: There was leak in the room and the fridge wasnt working. When prompted to fix the leak and fridge they didnt. The bed was hard as rocks The corridors smelt badly.
Positive: Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Negative: Unwelcoming lighting in lobby at 9pm checkin. Dated halls & rooms (VERY DATED ROOMS). Environmental controls on the wall decoration (were not functional/deactivated “for the season”) Insufficient towels per room. Lumpy pills w/no options. Moldy shower curtain. Cracked Sink.
Positive: The staff was exceptional and the food was exquisite at the restaurant

Positive: One of the chair has some water stain as it was forgotten outside during rain.
Positive: We absolutely loved the lobby and meal options. Best food we've had in a long time!
Negative: A bit of an odor in the hallways, but once in the room with the window opened, all is well!

Positive: Big room, with nice size bath room and it had great water pressure. It had a nice closet to hang clothes, but also had quality wood drawers and storage underneath. The front desk was always occupied with ample staff and quick to assist with my needs. The bar was big and a bartender who was top notch. The restaurant was big and well decorated. The breakfast had a lot of good options, evening dining was very special. I had some sea bass that will be in my memory for a long time. The veal and triming were picture perfect and very tasty. I hope you get the idea that I really enjoyed the stay, because I did. Paul B.
