One bedroom apartments are large, modern and generally in a good condition. Living areas are spacious and all feature balconies. Units are independently owned so furnishings may vary, but all are well maintained. Not all units offer air-conditioning, some have ceiling fans instead. All units have security intercom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and cable TV. Bedroom features one king or two single beds.
