The colourful lounge features a 2.75m television screen and regular live entertainment. The business centre offers secretarial services and computers with high speed internet access for a fee. Princess Terrace Cafe where buffet breakfast is served also serves Penang buffet for lunch and dinner, and an a la carte menu is also available. Gourmet sandwiches, pasta, and popular Western favorites can be enjoyed from the Stars cafe. Tien Court Restaurant serves authentic Cantonese delicacies as well as Yangzhou Dim Sum.

The hotel is situated in the city centre by the historical Singapore River with easy access to all main motorways. Located on the edge of Chinatown, it is a 5 - 10 minute drive to the Great World City Hall, Clarke Quay, Orchard Road, Merlion Park and the Chinatown Heritage Centre. The Chinatown MRT station is reached by bus in 5 minutes, while Sentosa Island and Mount Faber Castle are a 15-minute drive away. The transfer time to Changi airport takes around 20 minutes.
