A choice of dining outlets is available throughout the day and Sassi's Bar is the perfect place for a cool cocktail or a favourite exotic beverage. The Kitchen opens daily and serves a sumptuous continental breakfast buffet between 7 am and 10.30 am. This cosy, comfortable dining outlet also caters to all guests' room service needs between 7 am and midnight. Lunch and dinner are available à la carte.

Each room is a minimum of 40 m2 plus private balcony. Each beach villa occupies 134 m2 of land and offers a generous 64 m2 of personal space with full ocean views. Most guest rooms have sea views and all face landscaped tropical gardens with a central oval-shaped pool and pool bar adjacent to the spa. Decorated in a contemporary Thai fashion, each of the resort's deluxe rooms occupy over 40 m2 of living space with an additional 10-square-metre balcony to enjoy. Balconies of a similar size are a feature of the deluxe ocean view rooms, although these have the added benefit of panoramic sea views. The deluxe lanai ocean view room offers even more extra space with a 23.5-square-metre balcony and patio to enjoy while soaking in the sun on a crisp, clear Khao Lak day. Standard features of all rooms include an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access and a minibar. Other in-room amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning.

How to arrive
Khao Lak is the closest destination to the fabulous Similan Islands, and is itself recognised for having some of the best pristine white sand beaches in Thailand. The beaches are fringed by lush tropical vegetation and have not yet been encroached upon by high-rise development. Bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity of the resort and other nearby activities include elephant trekking (20-minute drive), Mangrove Canoe (30 minutes) and James Bond Island (one-hour drive). The resort is only a one-hour drive from Phuket International Airport.
