On-site massage treatments, scenic hiking excursions and bicycle rentals can be arranged by the resort's staff

The hotel requires a 25% deposit to be paid via Paypal or bank transfer
The hotel will contact guests with payment instructions
Guests have to make payment within 5 days of receiving notice to confirm the reservation
Final payment will be charged on the day of arrival
If final payment is not received in case of no-show, the hotel will cancel the booking and cancellation fees will apply (see Hotel Policies)
Please note that the property requires a security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 upon check-in
This deposit will be returned upon check out, less cost of any damages or consumption
