For cancellations between the 3° day to the arrival date: it will be applied 1 night penalty. No-show fee: 1 night stay . Exceptions: For arrivals between August 1st - 31st, between April 23rd - May 2nd, all reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 50% of the total stay. No show fee: the total stay.
