This country house establishment is housed in a collection of 12th Century farmhouses, which have been completely renovated and restored with respect for the original architectural and structural features. This hotel comprises a total of 12 rooms and 20 apartments. The main building is a restored 12th century structure, La Villa, where the facilities for guests are housed. On the ground floor of La Villa they will find a reception area with a hotel safe, a warm, pleasant restaurant and a multi-functional large room, with a cosy bar, which is the ideal place for a break, playing cards or watching TV. Further facilities on offer to guests include Internet access, bicycle hire, parking and a children's playground.
Guests are served a continental breakfast each morning and the midday and evening meals are available from a set menu.
The rooms are decorated in country style and come with their own bathrooms. They are spacious and comfortable and equipped with all comforts, some even feature a spa bath and others have a panoramic terrace. How to arrive
This is an old rural estate situated in the green heart of Umbria in the Tiber Valley, close by Città di Castello, a medieval town rich in art and culture. This country house is some 50 km from the city of Perugia.
Guests arriving by car from Rome should take the A1 highway and exit at Orte, then the E45 for Perugia/Cesena, taking the second exit to Città di Castello. Take the first roundabout and go straight on towards Fano/Acqualagna. At the second roundabout take the only exit available. After 100 m turn left to Titta. Once in Titta, follow the direction to the complex, which is around 7 km away.
