This family-friendly city hotel comprises a total of 145 rooms, including standard and premier rooms, plus 42 purpose-built family rooms. It is ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers alike. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, lift access and a restaurant. It is home to Bournemouth's largest conference room, and the hotel's conference and banqueting facilities can accommodate up to 800 delegates. Guests can also take advantage of the room service (for an additional fee) and the hotel also has the added benefit of its own large car park, with on-site parking for 85 cars, which is free to guests.

Guests arriving by car should leave the M3 at Junction 13, take the left-hand lane for the M27 West and continue forward on the A31 (Ringwood and Bournemouth). At the Ashley Heath roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A338 for Bournemouth. Take the 1st exit at St Paul's Roundabout, then the 2nd exit at the next roundabout. Take the 1st left into Knyveton Road then the 2nd exit on the mini roundabout. The hotel is on the right-hand side.
