Positive: Delicious breakfast with helpful lady Receptionist Julietta was so nice too - she arranged our taxi and gave lots of brilliant advice

Positive: Excellent location just off the main square. Dozens of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Amazing breakfast. Loved this hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Beautiful boutique hotel in Palma Love staying there. Our second time, once at the beginning and once at the end of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff and breakfast are superb!!!

Positive: Phenomenal location! Very central. Walking distance to many restaurants and cathedrals. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a pretty nice coffee machine in the downstairs lounge.
Negative: Was a little hard to find at first. Took us 3 loops around the block before we finally just parked in the parking structure and walked into we saw it. It was just around the corner from the parking structure, so it was a close walk.
Positive: Bed and shower was great The bed is large and super comfy and shower is large so there was plenty of room. By the way breakfast service is amazing. If you are early morning person There is coffee machine in the room to start your day.
Negative: Only downside that we found was the hairdryer which would overheat quickly so if you have long hair its going to take a while to dry.
Positive: The location is perfect for Palma - walking distance to most everything and many restaurants close by! Also the front desk staff is wonderful, especially Julieta!
Negative: The hotel is difficult to find on first arrival.
Positive: Very good desk people, including the very nice and focused female desk person (sorry, spacing on name) who went way out of her way and the call of duty to call and let us know that someone in our party had left a shirt and other items in their room.

Positive: Location excellent with everything in walking distance including Placa Espanya. Room very comfortable and no noise from adjacent rooms,loved leafy trees outside window. Breakfast good so only small lunch needed.Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Intend to go back to AH Art as soon as I can and see more of Palma.
