The circular restaurant is on two floors with the bar area upstairs
It is traditional Peruvian throughout with a large terracotta open fireplace , dark wood furnishings and terracotta stone walls
Local and international cuisine is served and in the summer months the outdoor terrace restaurant is often used
The hotel is formed by the main terracotta coloured block which contains the reception and restaurant area with all the rooms being yellow stone detached bungalows with brick coloured tiled roofing
All the bungalows are linked by paved passages through the gardens

All the rooms are detached circular bungalows
The majority of these are on one floor and are medium in size with white washed walls and dark wood furnishings throughout with two small stained glass windows
All are in very good condition as are the bathrooms
All the furnishings, from the wood tiling to the lamps to the side of the beds are from the Urubamba region
The remaining rooms, roughly thirty per cent of the hotel, differ in that they have a wooden spiral staircase leading up to another bedroom
All furnishings are exactly the same as the other rooms

According to tax laws in force in Peru, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in the country) must pay, at the hotel, an additional tax of 18%, in correspondence with the IGV.
How to arrive
250 kms to the nearest airport (columbus)
Situated in the heart of the Sacred Valley just one kilometre from Urubamba
It is about forty five minutes by car from Cusco and being one thousand metres lower in altitude, the climate is more agreeable
It is an ideal place to get used to the altitude and a convenient base for visiting the villages of Pisac, Ollantaytambo and other nearby archaeological and cultural place of interest
There are views on both sides of the surrounding hills and it is situated close to the river
