According to tax laws in force in Peru, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners who stay more than 59 days in the country) must pay, at the hotel, an additional tax of 18%, in correspondence with the IGV.
Positive: The location, the breakfast and the support of the staff were very good. The size of the suite was superb for the three of us.
Negative: The facilities are old and the maintenance and cleanliness of it could be improved. Especially the bathroom.
