This 150-year-old, three-storey high building built of stone stands on a protected mountainside in Fornalutx.
Its peaceful setting in the northern part of the Tramuntana Range, where you can still feel the magic of Mallorca, means it is a place pre-destined for relaxation and enjoyment, somewhere to find a balance for the body and soul.
You choose from eleven rooms, all individually appointed, in four categories. The garden, the swimming pool, the various terraces: you can always find a place to dream, relax and forget.

At this destination there is a local tourist tax not included in the price per person and night that you have to pay directly at the hotel.
How to arrive
Leaving Palma follow the C711 road (Carretera de Sóller), drive past Bunyola and through the 3 km long Sóller tunnel. The C711 begins at the "Vía de Cintura" motorway, which runs round the city in a circle (take the "Sóller" or "Valldemossa" exits).
The village of Fornalutx lies just above Sóller and may be reached by either driving through Sóller, or taking the mountain road to Lluc. Once you leave the Sóller tunnel, keep going for about 1 km towards Port de Sóller. Shortly after crossing the tram lines turn right onto the roundabout towards Pollensa and Lluc. After about 4 km you will see a sign on the right indicating the way to Fornalutx.
If you have taken the above route to Fornalutx, you will have to drive through the village up to the Ca’n Verdera parking area.
Once you reach Calle Sol (to your left on the opposite side you will find a parking area, where Can Verdera has a few spaces reserved) please leave your car at the side of the road with the hazard lights on, outside of the parking (a key is needed). By foot enter Calle Sol and after a few meters enter Calle Toros where at nr. 1 you will find Can Verdera. We will take care of your luggage and will park your car on either 1 of the 4 reserved parking spaces if possible (free of charge) or on public parking (ticket needed Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., aprox. 1 € per hour).
