Positive: Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.
Positive: Clean, friendly check-in staff. The kitchen was equipped to allow us to make a simple dinner. The wifi was weak. Good value.

Negative: being the first time staying in the hotel ,it was fun finding our apartment ,we asked for pool view ,we got it the lifts first few days was interesting ,made a few visits to wrong floor ,my Husband Bobby is starting short time memory got lost a few times ,I had to go up in the lift as I knew what was happening ,he’s 83 soon but was not worried about it . the only thing that bothered us was ,first I got a new hip in the previous months ,so could not step into Bath ,I needed the walk in shower , .single bed not for us as we are married 57 years and always sleep together ,that would prevent us returning . night Entertainment wonderful ,My brother and sisters and family came to meet us from Dublin ,they usually stay in Brista Sol ,they love the showers and beds ,but no entertainment Pedro and Neil Diamond ,we loved the lounge and your bar men top of the line .
Positive: The staff is excellent at the reception and in the restaurant. They were all friendly, courteous and patient. The food in the restaurant was excellent! On par with some of the best in Albufeira and we have visited here 4 times so we know the good places for food.
Negative: Television was very small and old. The sound was poor.
Positive: We could hear what sounded like the scrapping of chairs on the tiled floors echoing through our unit. This happened at any time of the day or night.
Positive: Close to all amenities. Feel safe, clean, we loved our stay.
Negative: Afewstraight chairs around the pool would be good for people who cannot use lounge chairs.
