The hotel Achat Plaza zum Hirschen Salzburg, for generations owned by the same family, was originally a farmhouse with restaurant. After various renovation works, this first-class hotel offers modern comfort combined with professional and excellent Salzburg hospitality. The property is ideally located between the Mirabell gardens, the historic Old Town and the famous Getreidegasse. All major tourist attractions are within easy reach, either on foot or by local transport. After a busy sightseeing day, guests can relax and charge their batteries in the sauna or in the fitness room and refresh their spirit and soul with a massage therapy. Furthermore, the hotel features 2 meeting rooms for up to 50 persons, offering the ideal setting for meetings, conferences and seminars. Room service is available until 10 p.m.
By car: take the Salzburg Mitte motorway exit and follow the road towards the city centre. After the bridge, at the second crossing, turn left into the car park.
A breakfast buffet is offered each morning. Guests may select their lunch from a set menu and dinner is served à la carte.

How to arrive
The traditional hotel is situated in the new part of Salzburg between the main train station and the Mirabell botanical gardens. The Old Town with all its historical sites, including the fortress and cathedral, is within a short walking distance. The bus station and Kiesel shopping centre are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The Fuschlsee lake is a half-hour drive, and Linz is approximately an hour and 20 minutes by car.
