Historic and charming hotel in a over 500 years old bullding in the car-free city center. From Germany on motorway A8 and motorway A10, join motorway A1, take Exit Nr 292-Salzburg-Mitte or Exit Nr 288-Salzburg-Nord and follow the Hotelroute Rot (the Red Hotel Guides) until Altstadtgarage Linzergasse. Park the car there and the hotel is about 300 m further in the pedestrial area. In public transports: IC-trains stops at Salzburg-Hauptbahnhof. From there take bus Nr 6 until Theatergasse, then change to bus Nr 4 until Hofwirt. From there the Hotel is at less than 200 m in the pedestrial area. In taxi it's about a 5 min. drive. From the airport Salzburg take buses Nr 2 or 27 until the railway station then follow the indications above.
