Positive: The resort was compact with decent restaurants. It was easy to access the lifts, and except on the first day, the lines were not too bad.
Negative: As I said, the wet snow and the terrible evening buffet on day 1 at the Melia which was poor quality and expensive. The food that the mountain top restaurants was appalling and slow to be delivered.

Positive: Good having a spacious family room. Room cleaning was very good and done daily. Breakfast had a good selection and didn’t have to wait for a table.
Negative: Didn’t like having to pay to use the pool. Keycards kept malfunctioning all the time. Some bar staff were a bit rude and grumpy. Ridiculous price for car parking as a guest.
Positive: Well located, we a great spa and indoor pools for relaxing after skiing. Breakfast is great and super fast to accommodate guests. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.
