Positive: I loved the room, especially its great location, and I appreciated having a kitchenette.
Negative: It would have been preferable if the hotel provided packaged paper plates and utensils, as the ones offered were not very appealing. Additionally, I noticed a bloodstain on the bedding. Although it was changed later, it should never have been overlooked in the first place. I also think it would be better if housekeeping scheduled their cleaning for later in the morning. They attempted to clean between 9 and 10 am, which was inconvenient since I was either waking up or in the middle of getting ready to leave.
Positive: I’ve been to several places in London. Discovered NOX through NOX Edgware. Decided to try this one too. Very surprised with the level of detail in the sense that the rooms are very complete. Small kitchenette, with everything, cups, cutlery, tea, coffee machine, milk, pans, everything. The fact that they even added a filtered water tap is AMAZING. The room also has an iron, blow dryer, space for your clothes and it notably clean. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Only down sides: the shower was making a massive noise. I had to keep moving the shower head until it finally stopped. The reception is on the other side of the road and this was not clear to me or made clear to me before hand. I had a hard time finding it and was only able to after asking other guests.

Negative: Attic room with broken aircon, boiling hot, clearly known about as additional fan placed in room. Very poor sleep

Positive: I liked it, it was nice and comfortable. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The corridor/stairs area could use some TLC and I was slightly worried when my apartment door had a large gouge out of it but inside the room was spotless.
Positive: It has everything what you need it for an individual or couple
Negative: The gas of the air conditioner was finished and only the fan was running. Furthermore, the air filters of air conditioner were not cleaned at all.
Positive: That the reception is far away from the hotel
Positive: This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was very clean, It had everything we needed, was terrific value and in a great location.

Positive: Super disappointing hotel. Looks much nicer in photos. NO service or wifi in our room for multiple days. I called many times. At first, they said they were going fix it on day the first day. Then I told them I’d rather just know if it’s going work or not. Then they admitted no one was going to look at it until the next day. I asked to switch rooms, they said no. It was never fixed. We were there for three days. I couldn’t use my phone to make phone calls or look up anything because there was no service or Wi-Fi in the room the entire time.
Negative: Not much to like. The walls were dusty. There was no Wi-Fi or service. It is above a restaurant and it was extremely loud until maybe one or two in the morning. I had to turn on white noise so that I could sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable. The blow dryer was broken. The staff is extremely unhelpful. I have stayed in dozens of hotels all around London with similar pricing and this is by far the worst.
Positive: Great location on a great street with supermarkets a few restsurants. Busses easily accessed..just.enough out of town to have peace and easily get to center of london. Room was easy to checkin right.across the street. Nice cleaning staff. Hotcshower and heater works great but you need to know how to turn on
Negative: Room very small no place to put your clothes. No table and chair to use to eat on. The push buttons on stove difficult to operate. But clean good bed shower and location.
