Positive: This is in line with the rest of the small, off chain, hotels around the area. If you have ever stayed at one of these, you get what you expect to get. The location is great if you need quick access to Termini.
Negative: When we checked in, the person behind the counter asked us to pay cash for the city tax. I told him that I do not carry cash on me when I travel, and he seemed put off by this. Also, that was the only time I ever saw someone behind the counter. We left the key behind the desk because, after 10 minutes, no one came to help us. I also had to grab the key from the same spot when I came back.

Positive: It’s somewhat near the train station, about 5-10 mins walk and there are restaurants just outside the hotel.
Negative: The place is quite old. Our door lock is almost broken. Our toilet was not working properly, so we cannot use the toilet bowl if you want to do #2 (poop). We were asked to go out of our room and use the common toilet at the reception which is quite dirty and this is where employees throw their garbages and leftover foods so it’s quite stinky. We were even told that we put something in the toilet that’s why it got clogged but we just arrived at the hotel. Most especially, we got in the hotel almost midnight and the neighborhood is really scary and dirty and even at midnight it’s still noisy because a lot of people are loitering on the road and they would give you scary looks as you pass by.
Positive: The hotel was convenient for the termini rail station and the metro. We could pre-check our luggage until check in time. Staff was friendly.
Negative: The room was very small, however, it was clean. It was right next to the reception area.

Negative: My bed had extreme Chemicals making me break out and itch. A shower had to be taken just to stop the breakout. I could not sleep in the bed. When notifying the front desk I was informed this happens regularly. I was not given the option to get new bedding or replacement of sheets therefore I got zero sleep .
