Positive: Rooms were not clean and I wished they offered breakfast at an affordable rate
Positive: The AC was not working well it was too hot
Positive: The facilities and rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.
Negative: They didn’t have an emergency back up plan when we had the blackout. Thank goodness it was a short period of time.

Positive: Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, lovely rooms and amenities. You will not need to ask for anything. Special thanks to Cristian for helping with a noise issue from outside at 3am, and for the amazing take away breakfast picnic bags for our early departure!

Negative: Pool was mid. Beds could be more comfortable. Bathroom plumbing was slow.

Negative: The hotel is not well located as stated on many reviews, you need at least 40min with a bus to the city center. The hotel does not worth the price we paid, the room lack a lot of equipments, only one towel for 2, no shampoo the first night, alarm every night that wakes you up !
