Negative: the smell- the smell in in room was horrendous like bad joss sticks and the water feature smelled like bad veg boiling all the time night noon and morning. the staff were rude and helpful. there was no food even though we not informed of this. no breakfast no information on where to eat- we were expecting the restaurant to be open as we hadn’t been told otherwise even though we enquired at booking in
