The family-friendly city hotel offers guests different categories of rooms to suit their different needs, such as the convenient standard room and larger suites. The historical hotel offers 60 rooms in total and welcomes its guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, and a cloakroom. Guests may dine in the restaurant, and business guests will appreciate the conference facilities. Room service is offered for a fee, so that guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the comfort and privacy of their room. Unless the hotel indicates otherwise. As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. How to arrive
The hotel is 2 streets away from the convention centre and from Puebla's main square. The hotel has easy access to many tourist attractions such as churches, museums, El Parian handicraft market, the artists' area, Plaza de los Sapos, talavera workshops and a wide variety of restaurants that offer typical food and drinks of the region. The cathedral, Amparo Museum, Palafoxiana library and Puebla art museum are all 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is around 2 hours' drive from Mexico City, two and a half hours from the beach in Veracryz, and roughly 40 minutes from one of the most important zoos in Latin America called African Safari.
