Residence Baia Salinedda is located in a calm and beautiful area of San Teodoro. Set in the enchanting Salinedda bay, which is made up of a long white beach, all of the small villas boast a splendid view on the bay, the islands or the beach. Crossing the park and following a small road, without cars, guests may reach the sea front in 5 minutes on foot. This is the perfect place for a family holiday, with a big playground, beach access, snack bar, outdoor swimming pool (heated from the 1st April to the 31st October), bike rental and the possibility to rent also boats at the nearby beach. NOTE: the bar and the restaurant are open from the 15 May to the 20 October.
Both midday and evening meals may be ordered à la carte.
Each bungalow has its own private entrance. They are all at ground floor level and come nicely furnished (double or king-size beds) and fully equipped. The 2-room bungalow with 4 beds measures 45 m² and features a 16 m² covered terrace perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with dining corner and 2 large sofa beds and a separate kitchen. The bungalows come with hairdryer, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a safe. They have a private garden with 2 sun loungers, 2 deck chairs and a parasol. The accommodation is fitted with individually regulated air conditioning and heating units.
The hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool and a children's pool, as well as a gym and hot tub. There are also facilities for canoeing, table tennis, cycling/mountain biking (fees apply) and beach volleyball. 300 m away guests will find a tennis court and diving centre. Guests can also relax on the nearby sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols.

The road to the cape winds through hundreds of hectares of unspoilt vegetation. The beach is just 300 m from the accommodation, and the nearest public transport links are 3 km away. Olbia - Costa Smeralda Airport is just 2 km from the accommodation; Fertilia Airport is some 130 km away.
