You may cancel your reservation free of charge until 16.00 hrs. Egyptian time 2 days prior to arrival. For cancellations past this time or no-shows, the credit card used to guarantee your reservation will be charged with the first night's stay amount. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. Compulsory supplements apply for Christmas and NYE. These are already included in the room rate, while any child/ren's supplement/s will be calculated at the hotel at the time of visit.
