These homes are grouped in communities and have modern and spacious floor plans. Upscale design décor is employed throughout all homes, and modern facilities and amenities ensure extra comfort. There are houses available with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms.
From Orlando Airport: take the south exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR.417 heading west (toll road) and exit at junction 2, signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive approximately 0.5 kilometres to the intersection with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left heading towards the Ramada Hotel, and the welcome centre, where check-in takes place, is on the right.
The houses, as well as having a games room, will also be fitted with various extras. These range from an extra living room or dining room to an extra TV, video recorder or CD player. Maximum occupancy in each home is 2 persons per bedroom, and each comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The homes will have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and cooker, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. TV will also be a standard feature in the homes, as will direct dial telephones and radios. For laundry, each home will have a washing machine and an ironing set. Optimum comfort will be ensured by the air conditioning and heating.
All villas feature a games room with games console such as Playstation 2 or Ninetendo, an air hockey or pool table.
