Positive: We really liked the room. Was pretty small but different from anything we experienced at other hotels. We had a balcony area that we liked! Beds were comfy! Delicious food at linden too. Perfect location, close to Starbucks and all the shopping

The experience was disappointing in several ways. The rooms are incredibly small, with poor ventilation and a loud, disruptive AC that made it difficult to sleep. Despite the high price, there are no included amenities, making the value even more questionable. The staff, while present, felt inexperienced and a bit pushy rather than genuinely helpful. Additionally, the quality of basic necessities, like towels, was shockingly poor—thin, small, and more yellow than white, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, the cost is completely unjustifiable given the subpar quality of the rooms and service. I would not stay here again and suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience.
