This 156-suite self-catering, family-friendly hotel has a colonial theme but all modern amenities. The lovely hotel underwent complete renovation in 2007 and is air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers 24-hour reception, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. There is a newspaper stand and a games room, while younger guests will enjoy the children's playground. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar and dine in the restaurant. Further facilities include wireless Internet access, both room and laundry services and a car park for those arriving by car.
From Washington, DC and points north take I-95 south to I-295 south to Richmond, then I-64 east to Williamsburg. Take exit number 238 (Camp Peary/Colonial Wmsbg) and turn right onto Route 143 east. Turn right onto Route 132 South (second traffic light), then right onto Route 60 West (first traffic light). Follow Route 60 West to Waller Mill Road (second stop light) and turn right. Travel approximately 800 metres. Turn left to find the hotel.
All rooms are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Both 1 and 2-bedroom units have a living room, full kitchen and washer-dryer. 1-bedroom units have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area and 2-bedroom units have a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Rooms come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, Internet access, mini fridge and a microwave, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Additional room features include an ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of all accommodation.
