The nearest airport is Pisa Airport-160 km away or Rome Fiumicino-180 km. By car exit Grosseto Sud. After about 4 km, follow the signs for Ippodromo, go under the railway bridge and at the roundabout go straight ahead towards Ippodromo-Principina a Mare, pass through the sp 40 road (della trappola) for about 1.5 km and enter on the right for the road to Pozzino.

The Fattoria San Lorenzo, with its 450- hectare property, is located at a key point in the Maremma territory and is bordered to the south by the mouth of the River Ombrone and the Monti dell?Uccellina Natural Park. A few kilometers away are Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, and the town of Grosseto is only five kilometers away.The Fattoria is literally deep in the Maremma country and green area but is also very close to the uncontaminated beach of the Tirreno sea. Fattoria San Lorenzo is one of the oldest agricultural structures in the area and is now an articulated architectural complex that not only preserves the beauty of its simplicity, but is enriched with the most modern comforts. Tha Fattoria consists of 3 rural style buildings: The Capanne, Tenuta Livia and The pozzino. The standard apartments are located mainly in The Capanne area, some in The Villa. Every complex has a private swimming pool, gardens, common equipped areas and parking.Two restaurants are available: "Casa Livia" specialized in typical Tuscan food and "the Kulmbacher Platz" for who love Bavarian food and beer.
Restaurant is in the main building, it is decorated with soft lights and offers delicious plates. It is within walking distance from all apartments, the farest is located 900 m away but at night there are no lights along the paths.
There is no the bar and the continental breakfast is served from an external catering service directly to clients into their apartments.
The lobby is small in size and furnished in a country style.
Buffet breakfast continental is available each morning.
All the apartments are marked by an unique atmosphere of peace and quiet and are furnished with the traditional rural style. Most of them face on the gardens, other face the country scenario. All the apartments are near to the pools and have 1,2 or 3 double bed rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen corner, air conditioning, heating, TV sat, telephone and private veranda with table and chairs.
One of the main feature is the relaxing in swimming pools until observing the breathtaking sunset in the late afternoon but many other things are possible to do such as; yoga, painting and cooking lessons, amazing strolls trough our gold grain fields, horse riding.
