If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night. 2011.4.14-2011.5.5 and 2011.10.14-2011.11.4( Canton Fair): cancellation and modification must be sent 7 days prior arrival time, or we will charge first night room rate. If there is no-show with reservation, the first night?s room rate will be charged as the penalty. If the guest check out in advance, one more room rate will be charged as the penalty
