Positive: Good location, silent
Negative: Towels and curtains were torn; The bathroom was old, the door is broken
Positive: Not much
Negative: They tried to fool me from the first minute. First they fooled me to book, where a free taxi shuttle was offered, and then after the booking, it was taken off. Then via BookingCom they explained some bla bla. That is where it started wrongly, and instead of stopping there, they continued offering me a totally dirty room which by the way was not tidied up even though I checked in after 17h, and it was not the one I booked, and they were super unfriendly in the beginning, until I told them that I will not leave this as such: I will complain via BookingCom and not only will I seek a refund but also an upgrade to something I did not book. It was the communication how they treated me that was completely off. I have seen many hotels where they try to fool you but this one was a champion. I did receive what I wanted, but I lost almost 48 hours of my holiday dealing on the phone and stressing. So my advice to the hotel is: JUST DON'T DO THIS ANYMORE TO ANY CUSTOMER.. Very simple. It saves you money, and energy and reputation.
Positive: The location looked close to the Colliseum and not too far from the center. Bits a walk downhill, but if walking on an incline. Breakfast was nice, the room was clean. Beds weren't as comfy but still slept well
Negative: There were not many outlets for chargers etc...the room is small we had the two twin beds put together. There was no shower curtain, so water got all over the floor. All and all it was a nice place
Positive: The location was perfrct
Positive: Location is optimal, a bus station and metro are in close proximity, and it is within a walking distance to main attractions and services. Staff are kind and helpful.
