The hotel, renovated in 2006, has 58 rooms and offers guests use of a restaurant, a bar and a TV room. There is a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access, as well as a children's playground and kids' club for the hotel's younger guests. The hotel offers room and laundry services, Internet access, a café, pub, car park and undercover parking garage. During the winter, there is a free snow road service and free ski lockers.
The rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and safe box. A double bed and central heating also feature in all rooms as standard.
There is a daily entertainment programme at the hotel for both adults and children (on the dates indicated) with various workshops, archery, carbine shooting, aquagym, game consoles, barbeques on the terrace and in the mountain, free mountain bikes, a mini club and bingo. Tourist tax in Andorra: a tax per person and night will be applied to clients, aged 16 or over, who stay at the hotel from Friday, July 1, 2022 and later (including those who are already staying from dates above). For stays of more than 7 days in the same accommodation, only the first 7 nights will be paid. Payment exceptions affect those under 15 years of age, stays of 8 or more nights (from the eighth night), Andorran residents and other groups that do not affect travel agencies and tour operators.

Simply take the main road to France. After the town of Canillo and the turnoff to El Vilar, take the left-hand road to L'Aldosa de Canillo.
