The hotel building is only 500 m from Heliópolis beach, around 1.5 km from the tourist centre and approximately 4.5 km from the town centre.
Furthermore, there is one covered parking space, hire safe and a playground available per apartment.
Pets are not allowed. Key collection will be done in Orange Travel, Avenida Ferrandis Salvador, 188. Prices do not include towels, linens, tea towels. You must leave a deposit.
The apartments feature 1 to 3 bedrooms. The fittings vary according to the accommodation. Apartments with one bedroom come with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an American-style kitchen, a fully automatic washing machine, a microwave and a fully fitted bathroom as well as a terrace and a garden. Apartments with 2 bedrooms also come with a double bed, a kitchen with a microwave and a washing machine, in addition to a bathroom with a shower (some with a separate WC), a sun terrace and a garden. Apartments with 3 bedrooms also come with a double bed, a kitchen with a microwave and a washing machine, in addition to a fully fitted bathroom with a shower (some with 2 bathrooms), a sun terrace and a garden. A room safe is included in the price.
Guests may use all of the town's bathing houses free of charge (without exception). There is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area in the hotel grounds (open from June to September) and an attractive garden area for guests' use.
