Free cancellation can be made up until 1 day before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 50% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 50% of the first night will be charged.

The villa was built in the 1700's for the Sette family to escape the summer heat of Venice. Napoleon's troops sequestered the villa during the battle of Brenta. The barchessa dates from 1500 and was used as a shelter for animals and for grain storage.
