If you cancell your reservation 30 days before your arrival date there isn't penality. If you cancell from 29 to 7 days before it will be charged on your credit card 10% of reservation, for late cancellation it will be charged on your credit card 50% of reservation and.in case of no-show 100%. For NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the entire amount of the stay will be charged on your credit card at reservation time
