Access by car may be difficult to a certain extent due to traffic regulations and, if arriving from Rijeka centre (i.e. from the west), one needs to drive towards the eastern exit from the city. While travelling along the left lane of this one-way street, the hotel building is passed (seen from the left). After 300 m, a sharp turn has to be made to the left, which will lead the driver back to the centre through Strossmayer's Street. The building will be easily visible and this time on the right-hand side of the street.
Neboder is located on a small hill at the Susak side of the city of Rijeka and as one of two skyscrapers in the city centre it may be seen from any place in the city.Due to its position and height of the hotel the view to the entire Kvarner Bay is exposed to the viewer's eye. Starting from the right side and gazing to the left ? everything is like on the hand: eastern part of the Istrian peninsula and Ucka, Opatija, Rijeka and then, further to the left, towards small towns of Kostrena and Kraljevica and the island of Krk. In year 2007 hotel was completly reconstructed.
The hotel comprises 54 standard and superior rooms, mostly with balconies and views of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay. All rooms are en suite and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, Internet access and satellite TV.

The hotel is located on a small hill at the Su'ak side of Rijeka, about 2 km from the city centre, where guests will find numerous restaurants and shops. As one of 2 skyscrapers in the city centre, it can be seen from any place in the city. Public transport links can be found some 200 m from the hotel.
