Our cancellaton policy is 14 days before date of arrival. If you cancel your booking in the period of 14 days before check in date, then the cancellation fee is 50 % of the total amount of the booking. If you cancel the booking before this period of 14 days then there is no fee. Our no show policy fee is also 50 % of the total amount of the booking.

The studios are fully-equipped and en suite with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Each room offers a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, complimentary wireless Internet access, radio and a complimentary safe. Apartments also come equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen with mini fridge and a cooker. Individually regulated air conditioning is a standard feature in all accommodation. Moreover, all the studios have big balconies with a wonderful view of the caldera, the volcano and the sea. Daily room service is provided.
