Negative: The room flooring is wood and we could here people steps all the time
Positive: The breakfast service at the hotel was terrible, took forever to get our order and when we finally got it it was overcooked and cold!
Positive: I love that it’s quiet and cosy while being close to everything . The smell is my favourite thing about the Prince Akatoki. The rooms are spacious, decor is comforting, beds luxurious. The staff are all helpful and super pleasant. It’s becoming a home away from home.

Negative: This is my second time staying at the hotel, unfortunately the house keeping service need improvement in terms of adding extra toilet amenities and tissue This was my comment from last time but unfortunately i haven’t seen any improvement.
