Free cancellation can be made up until 15 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

The family run Aynetree Guest House is situated in a quiet suburban area of Edinburgh, Scotland. This elegant, Victorian house offers easy access to the city centre and tourist sites such as the Royal Mile and the Palace of Holyrood, and overlooks parkland with the waters of the Firth of Forth River flowing in distance. Getting around Edinburgh is easy as there is efficient public transport, and bus 44 from Princes Street in the city centre stops right outside. If it is a golfing holiday you are looking for, there is a 9-hole golf course across the road and four 18-hole courses nearby. As well as an inviting atmosphere the Aynetree Guest House also offers complimentary wireless Internet access and a cosy dining room where breakfast is served, that has a coal fire used during those chilly mornings.
