Positive: Miscommunication about ride from airport to hotel. We were told he would be inside with a sign with the other drivers. We waited til all drivers were gone. He apparently tried to communicate through What’s App instead of text. We did not receive. I guess this was a mistake on both of our parts but we were charged anyway. At the least, we think the charge should have been split between the hotel and us.

Positive: I enjoyed staying at Hotel D'Aubusson the property is beautiful, the staff is friendly and very personable, and the locations is central to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars/cafes. The live music was enjoyable to listen too, but would be good to have more mainstream Parisian artists.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, the well-organized environment, and the incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in earlier than expected, which I truly appreciated. The attention to detail was remarkable—nighttime gifts on my bed, fresh fruit, and a maid service that ensured my room was spotless every day. It was evident that cleanliness and guest comfort were top priorities. Beyond the luxury, I felt completely safe and protected. The staff checked on me to make sure I was okay, which made me feel genuinely cared for. This level of hospitality is rare, and it made my experience all the more special. Overall, my stay was flawless, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be returning! Oh and I am obsessed with the CLARINS shower gel it smells amazing!

Positive: Loved the location and the boutique vibe of the hotel. Spa was amazing - so comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Negative: The bathroom was small, my room was located outside of the main building, the lounge was always busy and no opportunity to use it and my coffee was not replenished the last day I was there.
Positive: Location is exceptional Common areas are beautiful Staff is courteous and efficient
Negative: The room price was outrageous 1263 euros, for a room that was sad,located under the roof, with an old fashioned bathroom without a proper shower. Years ago this hotel was known to be luxurious but pricing made sense: today it’s simply doesn’t .
