Guests arriving at the airport can take a taxi to the hotel or travel by aerobus or the public bus to Terminal 2000. Take Rua da Alegria as far as Rua da Carreira. The apartments are at number 232/234 on this street. The entrance to the reception is then round the corner.
The rooms are basic but comfortably furnished, and some have a small balcony. In both small blocks of apartments there is a roof terrace with panoramic views and rooms in the main building are large enough for a 3rd or even 4th extra bed. Rooms in the other building are just for 2 people but have a small balcony. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, hairdresser, Internet wireless and a safe. A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities is an additional standard feature.

The accommodation units in this charming apartment hotel are spread across two blocks, situated 30 metres from each other, on Rua da Carreira, close to the centre of Funchal. The many restaurants, bars, popular nightspots, public transport connections and shopping facilities offered by Funchal city centre are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The English church is nearby, as are the city's popular tourist sights, such as the cathedral, Forte de Pico and the Manor Estate of the Crosses Museum. Funchal Airport is some 17 km from the hotel.
